Workhorse in the kitchen!

This is a great size for baking a whole chicken, one pan meals, such as salmon and veggies all at once, and with the square bonMAT as a lid, you can roast, bake, and braise covered. I have used it as a bottom layer on a three-tiered birthday cake! It has the same volume as a 13 x 9 baking pan so the options are endless...from lasagne to pork tenderloin to apple crisp!
