Ingredients

  • 2 large english cucumbers, sliced into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
  • 1/2 onion, slice thin
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Traditional Balsamic to taste
  • 1 tbsp toasted black sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup of fresh dill

FRENCH PANTRY Traditional Balsamic and Peel & Snap Trio.

Instructions:

  1. Slice cucumbers into ribbons with Peel & Snap Trio.
  2. Slice 1/2 onion thin.
  3. Chop fresh dill.
  4. Add the ingredients above in a serving bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, dill, sesame seeds (reserving some for garnish) salt and pepper together.
  5. Add onion and cucumber.
  6. Stir well and serve.
